VOX EYEWEAR will gladly accept returns for any order from VOXEYEWEAR.COM within 7 calendar days of delivery, and the return must be sent back to VOX EYEWEAR within 7 days. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from VOXEYEWEAR.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact (Lens Elixir, case, selvet, pouch, and warranty card).

In case of manufacturing defects, the product will be repaired for free.

* Due to the highly customized nature, Single Vision lenses will have a restocking fee of ₹1000/- and Progressive Lenses will have a restocking fee of ₹3000/-.

How do I return my order?

Please make sure to print your return authorization and include it in the return box. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Once your return has been received, you can track this in your account details.

For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased retail price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method or VOXEYEWEAR.COM credit will be offered.

Our returns policy is superseded by any special promotional terms and conditions, including but not limited to final sale.

Whoops! I made a mistake on my order!

Not a problem! We are able to make shipping address changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase.

If you need to make any modifications, unfortunately after (1) hour no modifications can be made and we will have to refund your order.

How do I clean my glasses?
